The smiling face you see when you walk into our office, and the voice you hear when you call is that of Phyllis Nix. She works to ensure that every contact you have with our office is a pleasant experience, including those occasions when she contacts you to remind you of your upcoming appointments. Phyllis has been an important part of our team for 8 years.

In her own words:  "I enjoy meeting the clients and providing the best first Impressions experience and memory for them. The team here is like family, and we try to make our clients feel comfortable and secure like family. My husband, Steve Nix, and I have 2 daughters, both married, and 5 grandchildren that are a special delight to us. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and traveling.
